Full of swirls and watermark etching. Generous amount of random deep scratches too.
A closer look
The least aggressive method was tried. A light polish just wouldn't do the job.
Moved a step up to compounding with purple foamed wool and M105. A 50/50 of before-after shot.
A closer look. Better than the previous treatment. Swirls removed but deep watermarks are still plenty.
After a few tries, an effective treatment was formulated for this super hard paint. This is the result of 3 stages of wool pad on M105, followed up by polishing.
Moving on to the wheels. Big power resulted huge amount of brake dust generated.
Wheels were cleaned with Osren degreaser FX. Looks good as new. However, plenty of brakes dust and iron particles (unseen by the naked eye) are attached to the surface of the wheel.
A quick treatment by Iron-X proves this. Tiny embedded iron particles and brake dust are dissolved away, leaving the wheel pure as new.
Even the sunroof have generous watermarks.
A closer look. Reflection is ruined by the watermarks
After removal of watermark
Clarity restored. Unadulterated relfections
The whole car was given the same treatment. As the owner did not order coating, watermark and random deep scratches were not completely removed at some areas to prevent over-thinning the paint.
As a finale, this sexy chick magnet is given a good coat of Autoglym High Definition wax for that HD finish.
Thank you...
