Evo 8 Interior Detail

It has been some hell of a long time since I got my hands down to pampering a car. Here is one. Although not able to satisfy my crave for rotary action, this should hold me back just a little while until the next job is due.

A friend who just came back form overseas was telling me about his interior being stained by food stains, milk stains and other random stains and it is a soar to the eyes especially on the premium Recaro alcantara. My answer is just "bring it here". Mind you, this is a reliable japanese 4 door family mover and rally warrior all in one. I respect this person for ferrying his babies in this!

Here, straight to before and after photos.

Food and milk.

Dirt

On the armrest. Oily hands on some day perhaps?

Head rest.

Based on the location and position, I dare not imagine what is this.

Close up of milk spills.

Unknown mark.

Total view of bucket before.

After.

These Ralliart mats cannot be neglected.

Mud on carpet. Kind of tough.

Various interior vents.

Careful not to miss out on these easy-to-miss-out spots. Dashboard vent - Door hinges

This is easy to miss, thus hunted down.

Easy to miss the eye. Dirt clogged in gaps.

All interior parts were then protectant with UV Block interior protectant. Interior done after 3 hours. Then something caught my eyes... Signature left by Endless 0-500 pads.

Although interior was the focus, I just couldn't resist the looks of a fine wheel. So here it is.

Although interior was the focus, I could resist washing and waxing the car.

The best warrior, deserves only the best honour.

The proud owner, who go beyond the ordinary to take care of his car.
